Natalie is one half of Benedet & Ross, the team she and Scott Ross built together with $177.5 million in combined sales to date. The team leads Angell Hasman & Associates Realty Ltd.'s presence in the Okanagan, a brokerage that closed $1.367 billion in sales in 2025. Natalie holds the Certified International Property Specialist and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations.

After growing up in Saskatchewan and spending childhood summers with family in the Shuswap, Natalie moved to Toronto to earn her degree from Toronto Metropolitan University. She has called West Kelowna home for over 20 years, drawn to its lakeside setting, four-season lifestyle and close-knit community.

Before becoming a real estate advisor, Natalie led a $12 million campaign for the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, funding its new surgical tower's life-saving equipment through storytelling that moved major donors to contribute - the same skill she brings to presenting a home on behalf of sellers to potential buyers.

Alongside her husband, custom homebuilder Kelly Benedet, Natalie has designed and built custom homes throughout the Okanagan. This experience enhances her ability to effectively represent both buyers and sellers. With her market knowledge and professional expertise, she skillfully guides her clients through every step of the process, from the first showing to possession day.
