Sam Whiffin

Deep international experience, integrity, well considered advice and a talent for closing transactions have been the hallmarks of Sam’s 35+ year career in the real estate business. His central focus has always been to act in the best interests of his clients at all times.

Sam spent 20 years in Hong Kong working in sales and leasing of commercial property, 17 of which were with Jones Lang LaSalle, an international real estate service company listed on the New York stock exchange.

Since moving to Vancouver with his family in 2003 Sam has been involved in all aspects of the residential property market in B.C. Sam has been a West Vancouver resident for 18 years and in addition to being a licenced realtor he is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
