Danielle Lawson

Born and raised in North Vancouver, Danielle’s passion for real estate was sparked at a young age through her grandfather’s work designing and building luxury homes. From walking job sites to working on them as a labourer, she developed a deep appreciation for architecture, design - with an eye for quality and value that guides her real estate approach today.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Danielle built a career in Human Resources, honing her negotiation skills and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Real estate has allowed her to combine that people-first mindset with her lifelong interest in homes and design.

Growing up playing competitive soccer, Danielle learned what it means to lead with confidence, compete with integrity, and give 110%—traits she brings to every client relationship, going the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience.
Having lived in Vancouver, Squamish, and Port Moody - and growing up on the North Shore -Danielle offers firsthand knowledge of many of the Lower Mainland’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Her deep familiarity with these communities is a key asset in helping clients find the right fit.

In her downtime, you’ll find Danielle on the North Shore or Port Moody trails with her husband and two kids - often spotting a dream property or two along the way.
