Ethan received a business education from the University of Victoria and has honed his problem-solving skills and attention to detail through extensive experience in Municipal and City Operations management.

Growing up in the mountains of Whistler, Ethan developed hands-on expertise in building and design through his father’s contracting company, which gave him a solid foundation in real estate from the ground up. As the older of two siblings, he has also benefitted from the mentorship of his brother, who has nearly eight years of experience as a successful realtor and has shared invaluable industry insights.
