Megan Sun

Megan is a diligent and hard-working professional who is committed to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it be a first-time home buyer looking to enter the market or an investor hoping to build their portfolio. She graduated from UBC with a degree in Engineering with more than 10 years working in the field.

Her knowledge and understanding of the construction industry give her the unique ability to guide her clients when purchasing or selling real estate. Having personally sold and purchased multiple properties in the Lower Mainland, she has an in-depth understanding of how to assist her clients in a seamless real estate experience.    

She has lived in Vancouver and Burnaby over the past 20 years and understands the community and areas within the Lower Mainland. Megan’s honesty and dedication are what have driven many repeat clients and referrals. Her experience and knowledge include apartments, townhouses, duplexes, detached homes, and presales.

When Megan is not working, you can find her gardening at home and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
