Catherine Mckay

As a seasoned, award-winning agent, Catherine has many record-setting prices to her credit, which is why even the savviest investors seek Catherine’s guidance and advice when it comes to buying and selling real estate in Whistler.  

Catherine grew up in Australia and has been a permanent resident of Whistler since 1997. Having spent time living in Europe, she decided to come to Whistler for a ski season and never left. Spending the bulk of her pre-real estate career in the marketing department at Whistler Blackcomb, she negotiated corporate sponsorship deals with multinational organizations such as Coca-Cola, Samsung, and General Motors. During this time, she also completed her MBA. Having personally purchased, renovated, and sold multiple properties throughout BC, moving into selling real estate professionally was the natural next step, and in 2013, she made that a reality. Just two years later, she was a member of the Medallion Club and had been recruited to host the reality TV show, Buying The View, which aired on the W Network, HGTV, and many other global networks. 

Catherine is the mother of a young son and can attest to Whistler being an excellent choice to raise a family. She’s an avid skier and hiker and is always happy to share her tips on how to ensure you make the most out of your time in the resort.
